“I’ve always wanted a place to grab a late-night drink with a friend. Intimate place, warm lighting, and great music. Small enough where I don’t feel intimidated. Warm enough that I feel like I’m catching up with a friend at home. Music loud enough where no one can hear my conversation while I have a conversation. At the end of the day, a great atmosphere is important but it wouldn’t be a place without a great cocktail. It needs to be unique; unique enough that you can’t just get it anywhere. On top of that, let’s make a secret. A place where only locals would know about. Word of mouth is our little secret, so let’s not speak of it.”
